🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of GTM & G&A SaaS recruiting experience
- 3+ years in-house at high-growth tech companies
- Proven success hiring Enterprise Technical Sales, Marketing, Legal, HR, Finance & Accounting
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Passion for DEI and data-driven recruiting
- Experience with Workday, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter
