People Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Handle transactional shared services for EMEA and AMER; HR helpdesk inquiries via Console AI
• Coordinate Workday data requests, onboarding logistics, and employee lifecycle transactions
• Maintain data quality and accurate SOX offboarding controls
• Support global People Business Partners and India-specific logistics as Amplitude grows
• Assist with onboarding coordination, background checks, IT provisioning, and handoffs between
• Pilot AI-assisted People Ops workflows and document processes for automation

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years experience in HR, People Operations, or related admin/analytical role
• Hands-on HRIS experience (Workday preferred)
• Experience handling employee inquiries in a shared services or helpdesk environment
• Ability to work independently and remotely with strong self-discipline
• Personal accountability and attention to detail in data entry
• Clear, professional written English communication
