• Join Axiom's global People team as a Talent Partner, partnering with US HQ teams and leaders to
• Lead policy implementation, coaching, and people development across the company from Chicago-based
• Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, People Development, and HRIS teams to
• Partner with managers to advise on organizational structures, performance management, and complex
• Own employee relations resolution, career development coaching, and compliance within assigned
• Foster strong cross-functional relationships and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in HR with employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation, or org
• Excellent communication and ability to build credibility at all levels.
• Strong curiosity, analytical thinking, proactivity, and collaboration skills.
• Experience owning and improving HR programs and services for a business area.
• Ability to scope roles, manage development processes, and drive improvements post-engagement
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; experience with HRIS and HR programs is a plus.
