Partner Network Manager

📋 Description

• Lead Partner Network initiatives to optimize supplier performance and align with operational goals.
• Advocate and coach suppliers to reduce manufacturing variability and improve customer outcomes.
• Manage the Partner Outsourcing Group program, including eligibility and performance-based
• Develop tailored training and coaching to elevate partner capabilities and performance.
• Oversee partner certification programs to establish quality benchmarks and standards.
• Drive partner acquisition with marketing collaboration and manage on-site assessments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• 8+ years leading in supply chain or manufacturing.
• Experience with manufacturing, machining, and related environment language; transaction support for
• Strong data analysis and ability to translate insights into action.
• Proven track record in training/mentorship and developing others.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; proficient in project management tools.
