📋 Description
- Role on Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment (MOE) team driving enrollment success
- Build relationships in the community to generate quality referrals
- Guide prospective participants into the PACE program
- Engage with community leaders, seniors, and partners at events and organizations
- Develop monthly marketing plans to achieve enrollment goals
- Provide education about WelbeHealth’s services to referral sources
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred
- DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire
- Minimum 1 year in sales/marketing; healthcare or senior care setting preferred
- Technology experience with Salesforce, Athena, etc.
