📋 Description
- Recruiter on Talent Acquisition team responsible for full lifecycle recruitment
- Develops/searches and executes plans to attract executive leadership talent
- Serves as strategic partner to senior executives and hiring leaders
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (professional experience may substitute)
- Minimum 3 years of full lifecycle recruitment in fast-paced environment
- Minimum 2 years of executive recruiting experience at VP/Senior Director or equivalent
- Proven ability to source, engage, and recruit passive executive candidates
- Experience managing expectations of senior leadership and hiring managers
- Experience creating sourcing and pipelining strategies
