📋 Description

• Connect with inbound callers, emails, and chats to promote FreedomCare.
• Qualify patients and caregivers interested in our program.
• Lead and SR creation for both patients and caregivers to convert to SR.
• Educate patients/caregivers to begin application and enrollment.
• Provide education on eligibility and caregiver expectations.
• Maintain high standards for case notes and follow-up.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with telephonic sales.
• Experience managing high call volumes (inbound/outbound).
• Positive, can-do attitude aligned with values.
• Empathy, active listening, and patience in service.
• Articulate case statuses with detailed notes (Salesforce).
• Strong phone issue resolution for eager clients.
