📋 Description

• Oversee filling and packaging operations for cannabis products (vaporizers, syringes, capsules
• Lead a Packaging Technicians team; ensure product integrity and safety standards.
• Monitor productivity metrics hourly and daily; align with demand plans.
• Train and mentor staff; enforce SOPs and quality practices.
• Troubleshoot equipment; maintain tools in a ready state.
• Ensure compliance with state labeling and seed-to-sale tracking systems.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Leadership abilities and attention to detail.
• Basic mechanical aptitude; ability to follow SOPs.
• Experience in manufacturing/production and cannabis filling/packaging is a plus.
