📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 compassionate home health care and support to patients at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and light housekeeping.
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication assistance.
• Vital checks, meal preparation, transportation assistance, and ROM/exercises per plan.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure quality of life and safety.

🎯 Requirements

• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) or DSP/PCA/Caregiver background.
• Ability to perform ADLs and in-home care tasks with compassion and reliability.
• Wellington, MO area or nearby location for in-home assignments.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Able to work part-time hours with potential for more depending on location.
