🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in law firms or public company setting
- J.D. from a top-tier law school
- Bar admission in good standing
- Experience with governance, securities, IPO readiness
- Strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Fast-paced, deadline-driven, self-starter
