Manager, Regulatory Operations, ANZ

📋 Description

• Build and run the engine turning regulatory and partner obligations into controls across ANZ
• Collaborate with Regulatory Compliance, Regulatory Legal, Risk, Product, Operations, and Finance
• Design, implement, and continuously improve controls, documentation, and reporting
• Develop regulator and partner-ready documentation, including obligation mappings and testing
• Support regulatory exams, audits, RFIs, and supervisory engagements in ANZ
• Governance for changes to controls; ensure alignment across Product, Operations, Engineering and

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in regulatory operations/compliance/risk in fintech or payments
• Experience translating legal requirements into operational controls and testing
• Direct involvement in regulatory exams/audits/RFIs with ownership of plans and remediation
• Strong cross-functional project management across Product, Operations, Engineering, Legal
• Excellent analytical and writing skills for exam-ready materials
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-standards environment
