📋 Description
- Execute field service activities involving low- and medium-voltage drives per work instructions
- Install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and analyze drive systems onsite and, where
- Collaborate with customers to understand operational challenges and identify improvement
- Diagnose equipment/process failures, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop recommendations to prevent recurring issues and improve reliability.
- Prepare material/equipment lists and ensure parts/tools meet quality requirements.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or
- 3–4 years of professional experience with low- and medium-voltage drives.
- Hands-on installation/commissioning experience with electrical drives.
- Strong troubleshooting/diagnostic skills; ability to analyze failures.
- Good understanding of electrical drive systems and industrial applications.
- Proactive problem-solving, strong customer-facing communication, and first-time-right execution.
