📋 Description

• Identify, interpret, and operationalize regulatory and partner obligations across APAC
• Translate obligations into governance, controls, and execution requirements.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve controls, documentation, and reporting to demonstrate
• Collaborate with Regulatory Legal, Compliance, Risk, Product, Operations, Engineering, and external

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in regulatory operations, regulatory compliance, internal audit, risk management, or
• Proven ability to translate regulatory/partner requirements into operational controls and testing
• Direct involvement in regulatory exams, inspections, RFIs, or due-diligence with ownership of
• Strong project management skills with cross‑functional leadership across Product, Operations
• Excellent analytical and writing skills; ability to produce exam‑ready materials.
