📋 Description
- Lead design, delivery, and evaluation of leadership and manager training programs
- Oversee new employee orientation to align culture and expectations
- Develop customer service training to improve member experience
- Partner with leaders and SMEs to assess needs and create scalable solutions
- Identify skill gaps and translate findings into learning initiatives
- Utilize virtual, instructor-led, self-paced, and blended learning
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field with 5+ years of experience; Master’s preferred
- 5+ years leadership experience in L&D; virtual program design and evaluation
- Strong Epic backend knowledge or experience as Epic Super User preferred
- Expert in adult learning theory, instructional design, and learning models
- Experience with Articulate 360 or Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and measure program impact

- Base salary range: $89,836 – $143,737 (USD)
