📋 Description

• Join an in-house legal team supporting complex commercial and contract matters.
• Manage contract terminations and buyout requests for wholesale fuel distribution.
• Draft and review transaction documents; strengthen standard agreements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Fuel, Logistics, Real Estate, Credit, Risk Management.
• Balance autonomy with cross-functional partnership and practical business guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in at least one US state; VA or TX preferred.
• 2–5 years of transactional or corporate legal experience (in-house or law firm).
• Experience drafting/negotiating commercial contracts; supply, distribution, leasing, or M&A
• Familiarity with commercial contract law, UCC Article 2 and Article 9; standard secured transaction
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
