🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, often with related post-secondary education.
• Strong knowledge of systems, tools, processes, and operational controls.
• Understanding of industry risks and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent customer-service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to interpret data and identify root causes.
