People Operations Coach (SVP or C-suite)

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality one-to-one coaching to members through virtual sessions using dedicated
• Help members establish clear professional and personal goals, define actionable steps, track
• Support leaders in strengthening leadership capabilities, communication, decision-making
• Create a safe, empathetic, confidential environment for exploring challenges.
• Communicate with members between sessions via email and in-app chat to maintain momentum.
• Participate in required and ongoing coach training to apply the established coaching methodology.

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years in human resources, including managing HR teams and coaching or developing individuals.
• Current or previous experience at VP, SVP, C-suite, or equivalent senior HR leadership level.
• Experience in technology companies, tech-adjacent businesses, high-growth orgs, or startups.
• Strong track record of developing people and supporting leaders.
• Formal coaching certification is a plus but not required; participation in ICF-certified training
• Genuine interest in coaching skills and structured methodologies.
