• Troubleshoot CRM- and LIMS-related issues
• Improve and keep customer documents templates up to date

🎯 Requirements

• HBO program in Life Sciences, Biomedicine/Pharmaceuticals, Business/Commercial studies or similar
• Independent and good communication
• Proactive with hands-on mentality
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work with complex software systems
