📋 Description

• Ripple is expanding its OTC liquidity business in the Middle East.
• Lead regional OTC pipeline and close deals across spot, derivatives, and digital asset liquidity
• Operate at the intersection of Ripple’s trading desk and institutional clients.
• Travel and engage with clients, banks, and crypto-native firms in the region.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in institutional sales or trading-adjacent roles.
• Experience with FX desks, crypto liquidity providers, or asset custody for institutions.
• Strong network across Middle East institutional FX desks and crypto funds.
• Proven track record of owning revenue and meeting targets.
• Self-starter with ability to build a territory from scratch.
