📋 Description
- Own admin, maintenance, optimization, and day-to-day governance of Workday Learning as primary SME.
- Manage learning assignments, campaigns, engagements, learning paths, events, learner records, and
- Lead enterprise compliance training programs (onboarding, annual/quarterly, role-specific) with
- Develop and maintain dashboards/reports on compliance, onboarding, participation, and learning
- Provide recurring learning/compliance reporting to People & Culture and business leaders.
- Establish and maintain learning ops processes, documentation, governance standards, and best
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 7–10 years in Learning Ops, LMS Admin, Learning Tech, L&D, or
- At least 5 years hands-on Workday Learning administration (paths, campaigns, engagements
- Experience managing enterprise-wide compliance training programs (reporting, completion monitoring
- Strong reporting, dashboards, data analysis, and ability to translate metrics into business
- Experience supporting global/multi-region learning programs with stakeholders across functions.
- Strong project management, organization, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
