People Operations Coach (SVP or C-suite)

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality one-to-one coaching to members via virtual sessions.
• Help members set goals, define steps, track progress, stay accountable.
• Support leaders in leadership, communication, decision-making, relationships.
• Maintain a safe, confidential coaching environment.
• Communicate with members between sessions via email/in-app chat.
• Participate in required coach training to apply coaching methodology.

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years of HR experience, including managing HR teams.
• Current or former VP/SVP/C-suite or equivalent senior HR leadership.
• Experience in tech, high-growth, or startup contexts.
• Proven track record developing people and leaders.
• ICF coaching certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
• Genuine interest in structured coaching and methodology.
