🎯 Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, AE, or client-facing roles (staffing/recruitment/BPO/MS)
- Strong ability to run structured discovery and consultative sales
- Comfortable facilitating live candidate introductions and real-time client interactions
- Excellent verbal communication and video presence
- Highly organized, self-directed, owns processes from prep to close
- Experience using CRM systems; HubSpot a plus
