People Operations Coach (SVP or C-suite)

📋 Description

• Part-time, fully remote coaching opportunity for senior HR leaders across Europe.
• Coach members via virtual sessions, set goals, track progress, and maintain accountability.
• Support leaders in leadership, communication, decision-making, and workplace relationships.
• Create a safe, empathetic environment; maintain continuity via email/in-app chat.
• Participate in coach training and share insights with the coaching community.
• Commit to long-term relationships (24 months) with a minimum 12+ hours/month.

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years in HR, with experience managing HR teams and coaching or developing individuals.
• Current or previous senior HR leadership (VP/SVP/C-suite) experience.
• Experience in tech, high-growth, start-up environments.
• Strong track record developing people and supporting leaders.
• Formal coaching certification is a plus but not required; training provided.
• High emotional intelligence, listening, empathy, and judgment.
