Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead technical control for analytical functions (LC, GC, pesticide residue).
- Ensure testing follows validated methods and ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
- Support method development, validation and technical signatory readiness.
- Oversee quality systems, audits, investigations and corrective actions.
- Mentor analysts and drive training in analytical methods and QA.
- Coordinate instrument adequacy and capacity planning with Ops Manager.
🎯 Requirements
- BSc/BTech/MSc in Chemistry or related field; ISO/IEC 17025 training advantageous.
- 7–10 years lab experience; 3–5 years supervising or leading workstreams.
- Experience with LC/GC, method development, validation and QC.
- Technical signatory experience or potential for signatory development.
- Strong data integrity, troubleshooting and client communication skills.
