Legal and Governance Associate

📋 Description

• Draft and review commercial agreements (sales, procurement, SLAs, NDAs)
• Identify legal risks and propose mitigations
• Negotiate contract terms with internal/external parties
• Maintain contract templates and playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• LLB degree
• Admitted Attorney
• Minimum 3 years in legal office/role; financial services a plus
• Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating contracts
• Experience with data protection and national credit laws preferred
• At least 2 years in credit/credit bureau industry preferred
