Contracts Manager, EMEA

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, Marketing/ Sponsorship, Staffing, and procurement
• Develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks
• Refine approval workflows and intake processes
• Flag non-standard terms affecting product, privacy, and compliance
• Negotiate Data Processing Agreements and ensure policy compliance
• Provide training/resources for go-to-market and cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• 4+ years in-house, SaaS/tech preferred
• Experience with procurement, MSAs, NDAs, SaaS, IP licensing
• Experience with contract mgmt systems (Ironclad, Zip, DocuSign)
• Excellent project management, independent, proactive
• AI experience welcomed but not required
