📋 Description
- Partner with the Chief Customer Officer on customer strategy.
- Coordinate Evio’s CAC operations and executive narratives.
- Surface product adoption insights from investor/customers.
- Align cross-functional teams to engage health plans consistently.
- Support annual customer business and financial planning.
- Develop executive communications and on-brand narratives.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in business/healthcare; advanced degree a plus.
- 7+ years healthcare experience with health plans; pharma/PBM preferred.
- Strong understanding of health plan landscape and executives.
- Experience supporting executive governance bodies and boards.
- Excellent written/verbal/presentation skills; storytelling strengths.
- Strong project management; ability to manage priorities in ambiguity.
