📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day bakery operations with BOM to deliver guest experiences
• Independently lead when BOM is away; keep team focused
• Coach and develop Shift Leaders and Cookie Crew members
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training
• Help create schedules and manage labor
• Oversee ordering, inventory, product rotation, and shrink control

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year leadership experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or similar
• Experience coaching and developing hourly team members
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving
• Thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
• Hands-on leadership; willing to work in bakery roles
• Attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities
