Associate Director, Enterprise Warehousing

📋 Description

• Lead multi-site warehouse operations across plant-attached facilities and 3PL distribution centers
• Establish standardized warehouse operating models, processes, systems, roles, expectations, and
• Oversee transition and governance of plant warehouse reporting structures within Logistics
• Manage strategic relationships with regional 3PL partners, establishing SLAs, cost expectations
• Partner with Procurement and Finance on sourcing decisions, contracts, financial controls, cost
• Own warehouse performance metrics including OTIF, fill rate, order accuracy, cost per unit, labor

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, logistics, distribution, or related
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-site warehouse operations, including 3PL environments.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience owning operating budgets, costs, variances, and
• Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed operations and deliver measurable results across
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed
