People Operations Coach (SVP or C-suite)

📋 Description

• Part-time, fully remote coaching role for senior HR leaders across Europe.
• Provide 1:1 coaching via virtual sessions using coaching platforms and tools.
• Help members set goals, define steps, track progress, and stay accountable.
• Support leaders in leadership, communication, decision-making, and relationships.
• Maintain a safe, confidential environment; communicate between sessions as needed.
• Commit to long-term relationships (24 months minimum) with 12+ hours/month.

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years in human resources; experience managing HR teams and coaching individuals.
• Experience at VP/SVP/C-suite or equivalent senior HR leadership level.
• Experience in technology or tech-adjacent, high-growth, or startup environments.
• Strong track record in developing people and supporting leaders.
• Coaching certification is a plus but not required; will complete ICF training.
• High emotional intelligence, empathy, and psychological safety in conversations.
