Business Systems & Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Bridge business stakeholders and technical resources to translate requirements into scalable system
• Analyze workflows, identify automation and efficiency opportunities
• Design and implement configurations, workflows, reports, dashboards, and automated processes
• Own Salesforce as a core platform; manage objects, fields, flows, reports, dashboards, and
• Own Five9 and CCaaS tech; configure campaigns, routing, IVRs, reporting, and integrations
• Lead projects from concept to deployment; manage plans, milestones, risks, and delivery timelines

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in business systems, analysis, PM, operations, or related field
• Hands-on Salesforce administration/configuration including automation and reports
• Hands-on Five9 or comparable CCaaS platform experience
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects from requirements to deployment
• Strong understanding of CRM, contact center ops, automation, and reporting
• Ability to translate business needs into practical tech solutions; effective communicator
