📋 Description
- Provide responsive first-line HR support across Canada and the United States from pre-hire through
- Support onboarding activities, including orientation coordination and follow-up.
- Assist employees/managers with day-to-day HR systems and service requests (Workday, Ceridian
- Maintain accurate employee records and data integrity in HR systems.
- Respond to inquiries with clear, professional, timely guidance across channels.
- Support HR audits, reporting, and process improvements; collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, TA, and
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional HR experience, preferably in HR services/operations/shared services.
- Experience supporting employees in US and Canada, understanding distributed workforce needs.
- Familiarity with HR information systems; willingness to develop expertise in Workday and Ceridian
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new HR tools quickly.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field is preferred.
- Fluent English with ability to work in a US time-zone schedule.
