• Coach managers on performance and complex employee matters
• Challenge leaders to raise performance and capability
• Partner on org design, workforce planning and succession
• Use data and AI to strip out low-value admin

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years partnering senior leaders across multiple countries
• A romantic streak about software and its impact
• Strong talent judgment; spot risk early
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid international growth
• Passion for AI with hands-on building or side projects
• You default to building over requesting
