📋 Description

• Lead operational management and strategic evolution of US and JPAC commercial tech platforms
• Partner with senior stakeholders to develop tech roadmaps aligned with strategy and commercial

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years IT experience with leadership for commercial systems in life sciences/pharma.
• 5+ years leading people and cross-functional teams.
• 10+ years hands-on CRM experience with Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault CRM, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud
• Proven CRM operations, release governance, integrations, and stakeholder engagement in regulated
• Experience leading CRM transformations: deployment, migration, process redesign, data migration

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary: $172,500–$232,500, with variable compensation based on location/experience.
