📋 Description

• Lead complex electrical construction projects from scope evaluation through completion.
• Plan, estimate, manage finances, and execute on-site to deliver quality results.
• Translate requirements into clear project plans with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and
• Own scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk, quality, and contractual commitments.
• Contribute to proposal development, process improvement, and operational excellence.
• Maintain strong client relationships and project profitability; travel ~75%.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred, or equivalent combo of
• 5–7 years in power generation services or industrial electrical industry.
• 3–5 years as onsite construction Project Manager with P&L responsibility.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain before starting.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and profitability.
• Experience with project estimating, PM software, MS Office, and SharePoint.
