🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years in sales/go-to-market or related field
• Experience at Director/VP or similar senior sales leadership
• Proven coaching/mentoring of sales professionals and teams
• Coaching cert is a plus but not required
• Strong EI, listening, and facilitation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building
