🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years in global policy/ops or GTM, with setup from scratch.
• Strong ownership; drive outcomes in unstructured settings.
• Data-driven problem solving; root-cause analysis.
• Fluent applying AI to ops; automations and AI agents a plus.
• Experience balancing priorities among diverse stakeholders.
• Documentation and training creation to enable best practices.
