🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in delivery management, operations management, programme management, or
• Proven experience building/improving governance systems, quality frameworks, and delivery
• Experience managing shared resource pools, capacity planning, staffing models, or similar.
• Strong international delivery experience across time zones, cultures, and distributed teams.
• Experience using delivery tracking tools, dashboards, reporting systems, and data to identify risks
• Desirable: IT asset management or software compliance familiarity; certifications like PMP
