📋 Description

• Lead a team of ServiceNow platform consultants focused on Tech/Core Business/SecOps/IRM workflows
• Champion customer transformation, align ServiceNow solutions with business goals, and drive
• Provide strategic/technical leadership to customers, partners, and internal teams; handle delivery
• Contribute to billable work (20% utilization target) with governance and hands-on guidance on
• Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning across the team and organization.
• Support business development, pre-sales, scoping, and proposal development aligned to goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in consulting or professional services with enterprise-wide transformation experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform, multiple workflows (Tech/Core Business/SecOps/IRM) and
• Strong problem-solving mindset, executive/friendliness with senior stakeholders; prescriptive
• Experience with Now Create, Agile frameworks, or similar methodologies.
• Willingness to pursue ServiceNow certifications; preferred Flow Designer, Service Portal, Virtual
• Leadership and people development experience; ability to mentor diverse teams.
