Account Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as primary contact for assigned ACE accounts
• Conduct in-person, site, and virtual client meetings
• Lead business reviews and periodic security audits
• Manage projects from kickoff through completion
• Identify upsell opportunities and align on roadmap
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and delivery teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2–5 years in account management or client-facing role
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• General familiarity with managed IT and cybersecurity concepts
• Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot
