📋 Description
- Conduct inspections of homes before and after guest stays
- Restock consumables and inventory supplies
- Leave hospitality touches for arriving guests
- Handle basic maintenance tasks and coordinate with the Maintenance team
- Support turnovers with bedmaking, resetting decor, tidying
- Respond quickly to urgent in-stay issues
🎯 Requirements
- 1+ years of hospitality, property care, vacation rentals, or related field
- Detail-oriented and highly reliable
- Ability to follow checklists and brand standards consistently
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and walking/standing all day
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Comfort using mobile apps and task tracking tools
