- Lead a strategic portfolio of contracts, programs, and projects
- Ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of program outputs
- Drive financial performance and monitor contract P&L
- Coordinate with sales, cross-functional teams, and execs
- Manage program scope, risks, and issues with mitigation plans
- Provide regular status updates to customers and management
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in project/program mgmt, in transport/mobility or software integration
- Ability to align program objectives with business goals
- Strong business acumen: budgeting and contract negotiations
- Experience managing contract P&Ls and margins
- Leadership with cross-cultural communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree; PMP preferred; English C1 and German C1/native
