Senior Network Operations Manager

📋 Description

• You will be a senior operational owner for everything network and processing related.
• Own health of direct and gateway network connections across issuing and acquiring; manage
• Provision, configure, and manage Issuing/Acquiring BINs and ICAs; sponsorship registration and
• Run network certification for new connections and program types (POS, card present/not present).
• Ensure network compliance with releases and operating rules; monitor and resolve non-compliance
• Understand settlement schedules and value dates; coordinate with finance/engineering to ensure

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in payments or card processing with 5-7 years owning network operations, connectivity
• Acquiring background; experience with merchant acquiring and PayFac operations.
• Deep network knowledge and connections with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, and debit networks
• Detail-oriented and meticulous with BIN/ICA setups, certification scripts, settlement files, and
• Driven and tenacious; strong ownership of high-stakes problems across networks, banks, and internal
• Clear communicator; able to translate between engineering, finance, sponsor banks and networks.
