Business Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Own billing, collections, and system alignment tasks.
• Monitor Stripe for failed payments and overdue invoices; chase to resolution.
• Keep HubSpot, PandaDoc, Stripe, and internal database in sync to prevent revenue leaks.
• Handle upgrade/renewal execution; prepare paperwork and update billing.
• Provide accounts payable and customer billing support; vendor invoices and customer requests
• Day 90: inbound routing, recruiting operations, and CEO operations owned with follow-through.

🎯 Requirements

• Organized, proactive, and able to own multiple operational tasks with minimal reminders.
• Fluent in English; strong spreadsheet skills; able to work with AI tools to improve speed.
• Experience with Stripe, HubSpot, or billing is a plus; willingness to learn new tools.
