📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM and Technology functions
• Partner with leaders to understand headcount and org strategy
• Build sourcing strategies for both GTM and technical roles
• Coach hiring managers on interview techniques and decision processes
• Manage candidate experience end-to-end and drive offer negotiations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across GTM and Technology
• Proven ability to recruit across multiple profiles and levels
• Strong sourcing skills (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter) and passive pipeline building
• Data-driven with experience using ATS and recruiting analytics
• Excellent communication and ownership mindset
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS/technology company
