📋 Description

• Full cycle recruitment for Kabam roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to plan hiring needs.
• Create and post job postings with approvals and compliance.
• Source candidates and build a talent pipeline.
• Screen profiles and present shortlists to teams.
• Maintain ATS and track recruitment progress.

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in HR or related field.
• 1+ year in Talent Acquisition or people coordination.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment and metrics.
• Experience with ATS, preferably Lever.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Team player with high sense of urgency.
