📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations of the distribution center, including receiving, storage, inventory
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 30–40 employees, including supervisors and warehouse
• Ensure optimal layout, workflow, and utilization of space, labor, and equipment.
• Maintain service levels in line with customer expectations (on-time, in-full delivery).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Engineering/Operations or related field.
• 10-15 years’ experience managing teams/people.
• Ability to analyze a supply chain and find risks.
• Experience leading Sr. Managers and developing people.
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Excellent planning and project management skills.
