Research Associate

📋 Description

• Work with Insights team to execute teleconferences across multiple sectors
• Monitor pipeline and identify 1-2 weeks before scheduled calls
• Recruit Advisors via phone, LinkedIn, and outreach to join Guidepoint network
• Develop screening criteria and assess experts' knowledge
• Finalize scheduling and call logistics with experts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with strong academic record
• 1-2 years in pre-sales/sales/client service/BPO/lead generation
• Experience with cold calling and cold emailing for lead generation
• Ability to work US shift hours (5pm–2am IST)
• Excellent communication in English; proactive, results-driven, team and independent work style
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
