Senior Real Estate Analyst (Tax Credit Equity)

📋 Description

• Support Berkadia’s Affordable Tax Credit Solutions in sourcing and executing deals.
• Conduct due diligence, value affordable housing properties, size loans, and drive to closing.
• Lead cash flow analysis, cost report reviews, and pro forma valuations.
• Mentor analysts on deal tasks and coordinate with centralized resources.
• Prepare formal loan submissions and interface with external stakeholders.
• Lead deal processing from application through closing to ensure accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3+ years in similar role.
• Strong Excel skills; pivot tables, charts, and presentations.
• Excellent communication; able to interact across all levels.
• Experience with real estate finance, loans, and market data analysis.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and preparing loan materials.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
