📋 Description

• Own sourcing and procurement across Facility Management and Construction
• Drive supplier selection, negotiations and contract implementation
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and compliance
• Act as FM Category Manager and drive performance
• Ensure FM service delivery across the retail portfolio
• Support lifecycle CAPEX and OPEX planning

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years in Facility Management, Procurement, Construction, Real Estate or related field
• Strong sourcing and supplier management experience
• Fluent Swedish and English
• Proactive, structured, data-driven and collaborative work style
• Excellent communication and analytical capabilities
